Empowering Parents to Prepare Children for Success
Join Éxito, a free program designed to equip parents with essential tools to support their children’s early learning journey. Through interactive classes and community meet-ups (“Cafecitos”), parents will learn how to ensure their kids enter Kindergarten ready to thrive. Éxito is offered twice a year.

Attend classes online via Zoom or participate in in-person sessions in select areas. 2 groups per year.
Discover Éxito
-Éxito is a structured program consisting of 11 classes, 1 orientation session, and 2 ‘Cafecitos’ (community meet-ups), designed to equip parents with the tools and knowledge to support their children’s early learning and development.
-Available only in Spanish and can be attended virtually or in person.
-Designed for parents with children ages 0-5 to prepare them for Kindergarten.
-Completely free of charge!
Who Can Participate?
1. Parents & caregivers with children ages 0-5.
2. Spanish-speaking families in designated areas. (Boulder, Lafayette, Denver, JEFFCO)
3. Parents willing to complete the full program and implement the learning at home.
What Do Participants Get?
✔ Hands-on strategies to support their child’s physical, social, and emotional development.
✔ The opportunity to lead “Cafecitos” and share knowledge with their community.n.
✔ A certificate of participation (40 hours for full version, 26 hours for the pilot version).
✔ A graduation ceremony (virtual for Spring 2025).

2. Navigating the early education school system
Understanding how school districts work and how to enroll kids in preschool.

Learning how to confidently share knowledge and organize meetings for parents.
4. Organizing Informative Cafecitos
Training to lead small community meetings where parents share insights and strategies.
5. Stages of children's intellectual development
Understanding how children learn and how to encourage intellectual growth.
6. Social and emotional development in the early years
Supporting children’s emotional well-being and social skills.
7. Child language development
Understanding language development and early communication strategies.
8. Playing and learning mathematics
Using games and everyday moments to introduce math concepts.
9. Importance of reading
Instilling a love for books and reading strategies for young children.
10. Starting to write with drawings
How early writing skills develop through drawing and play.
11. Leadership in Action
Becoming a community leader and advocate for early education.
12. Cafecitos
Cafecitos = Parent-led community meet-ups. Parents share their learning and support each other in implementing strategies.
