This conference will also provide information  and skills to parents/families on improving student achievement and closing the achievement gap. Parents will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to make a difference in their child’s school.

YOUTH LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE

The Youth Institute is designed only for youth 6^th to 12^th grade to become actively engaged in the schools and the community.  The Youth workshops will be interactive, participatory and with fun hands-on activities. The YLI will be held on Saturday.
